Lisa Irwin Update

It's been awhile since I have updated my readings about Lisa Irwin, the Kansas City ten month old who disappeared either very late on October 3, 2011, or very early the following day. I went ahead and found a picture of her, but one thing to keep in mind is that children at that age change quickly as they grow, and if Lisa Irwin is still alive, she does not look like she does in this picture anymore.

My question for the Tarot is "why hasn't Lisa Irwin been found?" The first three cards, representing the past, are the King of Swords, the Knight of Cups, reversed, and the Queen of Pentacles, reversed. These are three adults, and it surprises me that no one has talked yet. The King of Swords is an adult male involved in law in some way or another, and the Knight of Cups reversed is a young man, less mature than the King, who is completely dishonest. Upright, he is a messenger who tells the truth, but reversed, this card almost always tells us that a liar is in the picture. Next, we have the Queen of Pentacles, reversed, and she is an emotional, irrational, selfish, not-so-nice, evil woman. These are the people who have helped cover this baby's whereabouts. The King here may not have helped on purpose, but he was either used by the two other individuals, or he accidently made the wrong choice about how to go about solving this case. I think he is a policeman.

The next three cards represent the present, and they are the Emporer, the Queen of Wands, and the six of swords, reversed. This is interesting: the Emporer is the card that tells of the "father" presence or the "father" influence, and I was, and still am, convinced that Lisa's father is the reversed Knight in the above paragraph. So who is this Emporer? Could the reversed Knight be ready to go straight on us, and start cooperating with law enforcement? It might be on the table, somehow. The Queen of Wands is a woman who somehow has an influence here, and she was not a part of the past, but is new on the scene, and new to the case. She is very determined to solve this case. Now; the next card bothers me, but is not a surprise; the six of swords reversed. Upright, this is a card of travel. Reversed, it means the opposite, which also means that Lisa has been in the same place for a very long time.

For the future, we have the three of cups, reversed, the four of swords, and Strength. The three of cups tells of a situation involving too much substance abuse, too much celebrating....excesses in general. So somehow, drinking and substance abuse continue to be an issue in keeping Lisa hidden vs. finding her. The next card is the four of swords, which is a card of rest, or dormancy. I think the message here is that the case has stalled for now, and is "dormant". Strength is the last card, and one of it's literal meanings has to do with trumping "carnal" inclinations, such as substance abuse. Something else that came to me is the picture on that card: a woman petting a tamed lion. I think it is possible that Lisa may be found one day by someone walking a dog, or chasing down a pet cat! Completely by accident!

My last question was "where is Lisa?", and I drew the Lovers, reversed. This card has to do with couples, choices, and water is also a symbol on this card. I think it is directing us to look at all three of those things. A couple who made a terrible choice, and water as part of the picture, somehow.

Timmothy Pitzen Update

I had a request for an update for missing Timmothy Pitzen, who went missing in May of last year, after an impromtu road trip with his mother, who was later found deceased in a hotel room in Illinois. I will do an update, and focus on where Timmothy might be now.

In the past, we have the nine of cups reversed. This speaks of a plan that somehow went wrong. We are also given Judgement, reversed, which reminds us that there was no renewal in the past.....Timmothy was not found. The Knight of Wands is also there. His relationship to Timmothy and the situation are not clear, but he is, nonetheless, part of the picture. This would be a young, impulsive man, under the age of fortyfive.

In the present, we have the four of wands, reversed, which bears a similar message of imperfect plans, but making the best of things. As a physical place, this card would tell me of places one would use bridges to get to, is there a place near where Timmothy and his mother were last seen that might have a "four" in it's name, such as "Fourstate", "Four Corners", "Four Rivers", ect.? Or "Four Bridges"  Next, is the three of pentacles, which is a card of doing a job for wages, or of skill and craftsmanship. Following this, we have the Hermit, reversed. It appears that someone has actually put some work and effort into keeping investigators from searching in the right places to find Timmothy.

The King of Pentacles is in the future. This is an older man, who may have dark brown hair and dark eyes. He is also somehow involved. He has resources, and he may live in an agricultural area. With his involvement, things concerning Timmothy suddeny become active again, which we see with the four of swords, reversed. Upright, the four of swords speaks to dormancy, reversed, it tells of renewed activity. The final card is the six of swords, which is a card of travel. So travel will be involved. The four of swords also speaks to social unrest, and I honestly believe that the message here is that this little boy will not be found as long as no one is actively searching. Social unrest; that is the element that is needed in order to revive the search before it is too late to find him, and keeping the matter dormant is how the perpetrator has kept this child missing for over a year.

Holly Bobo

Someone asked me for a reading about Holly Bobo, who disappeared from Tennessee in April of 2011. She was reportedly last seen in some woods, near her home. I will ask what happened, and where she now.

This reading starts with the Fool, a card of great opportunity and sometimes rash risk taking, crossed by the seven of wands, a card of guarding one's possesions or home, or of keeping what one has won. So we have opportunity and possession as factors. The ten of pentacles, reversed, is at the base of this as a possible cause for Holly's disappearance, so we should look for someone who had lost an inheritance or a large amount of unearned, yet expected money over a situation involving Holly. The Knight of Cups is in the past; he is a young adult male, possibly fair complected and blond, who also plays a role in this, somehow. As he is upright, I am going to assume that he is kindly disposed toward Holly and means her no harm. As the best possible outcome, we have the Devil, reversed, which means that the very best thing for Holly is to get free. This is a hopeful sign....it may be telling us that it is POSSIBLE that she may yet come back. As something that will happen, or is happeneing now, we have the Hermit, reversed, which means that either no real searching is taking place right now, or that anyone who is searching for Holly is searching in the wrong place.

The Queen of Wands, reversed, is a jealous adult female who does not want Holly found. Her relationship to Holly and involvement in Holly's life is not clear. The five of cups, reversed, is in the enivronment, which is another message that Holly might come back. One of the archaic meanings of this card when reversed is: return of an old friend. A hope and an expectation is the eight of pentacles, which is the card of the apprentice. Holly was training to be a nurse, perhaps this is what Holly still intends to do. It may also tell us to look among Holly's classmates or workmates for clues. The final oitcome is the Lovers. Sometimes, this card can mean an important choice must be made, but here, I think that along with that, the choice was about romance.

Workmates, classmates, lovers. I will hope for the best.

What happened to Elizabeth Collins and Lyric Cook?

A week ago, an eight year old girl and an eleven year old girl, Elizabeth Collins and Lyric Cook, disappeared in Iowa. Their bicycles were found last Friday afternoon beside Lake Meyer, but no sign of the girls. Their missing persons poster is to the left, along with a phone number for anyone with information to call. Here's the reading: the beginning is the two of swords, crossed by the Fool. This looks like a planned event that needed an opportunity in order to happen. It also tells of a temporary truce in a family disagreement. Beneath this, we have the King of Swords. This is often law enforcement or a lawyer or a judge, yet here we have him cast as someone who was ALREADY INVOLVED with this family. So it is aready beginning to look like the disappearance had something to do with a pending legal decision. Drifting into the past, yet knowing something about the present, we also have the reversed Page Of Swords. This is a youngish character, who is very likely still a child, who knew something that should have been told to authorities but did not do so when the time was right. The chariot appears as the best thing that can happen here. This is not only a card of vehicles and ways to go places, but it is a card of balence. The charioteer must balence the forces of two horses that want to go two different directions if any progress is to be made. The Queen of Wands is someone who will come into the future of this investigation. She is a woman with a lot of energy and a creative thinker. She may have blond or red hair, and is impulsive. She is also determined to find Elizabeth and Lyric.

Temperance comes up as an immediate problem for the surrounding issues. When this card comes up as a "problem", it usually indicates drug abuse or alcohol abuse. Sometimes, it means lack of balence, or that componants of the situation are very delicately balenced. The tower comes up to describe the environment of the girls. From this, I can extrapolate that whoever was responsible for these girls knew better than to expose them to whoever or whatever made them disappear. The Tower tells of ruin after refusing to make appropriate changes. It is associated with imprisonment, legal losses, and bad karma. As a location, it would indicate a building in desperate need of repair, ruined by the elements. The six of wands is hoped for good news. While this may yet be possible, the ace of pentacles reversed has the final say, and this is about money. Judging from this reading, it looks as if there were corrupt people involved with this family, and one or both girls either knew something or saw something that made someone else nervous about matters judicial, and these two girls became casualties. Lets hope they are found very soon.

Afterthought: Look for someone who had or has a good chance of going to jail without moving these two girls out of the way.

What Really Happened To Caylee Anthony?

Someone asked me to do a reading about Caylee Anthony, specifically, what REALLY happened to her.........it really looks as though Caylee Anthony's "mother" got away with murder, but I will ask the cards.

The reading starts with the two of wands, a card of opportunity and plans, crossed by the five of pentacles, a card that tells of lack of resources and poverty. Apparently, little Caylee was a victim of the balence between opportunity, resources, and responsibility. Beneath this, we have the seven of cups, which means illusions and visions of granduer. Someone in the situation clearly could not see reality for what it is. A sad event that took place is the ten of swords, and I think this was Caylee's death. Tens are completion, and the ten of swords is the exit of something that often can no longer be endured. Also, swords relate to air, and I think lack of oxygen was either a cause of a contibuter to Caylee's death. In a possible future for the person left behind, or in this case, a hope connected to one of the "visions of granduer" augered by the seven of cups, we have the Lovers, reversed. One of the reasons for this violence and neglect of a child was the hope of finding new love. It did not work out as planned, however. The next thing that happened was the Tower, which is the "day of reckning". While the prosecution in Casey Anthony's case did not put together a solid case and win, Casey did spend a certain amount of time behind bars, and this card of speaks of imprisonment.

One serious problem with "the perpetrator's" personality was the lack of any insight relating to the sacrifices involved in bringing up children. This is illustrated by the Hanged Man, reversed, in the place of self. The Hanged Man is a card of sacrifice for the greater good, and sometimes of learning and teaching....it's Odin, gathering the Runes from streams of collective conscience, in order to teach generations of people. Reversed, it tells us that the person who should have been caring for Caylee was not even remotely interested in the task of caring for a child. In the place of home environment and relationships with others involved, we get the five of swords, reversed. There was a quality of anger and revenge in the situation, as well. The Knight of Cups, reversed, was in this person's hopes. He is not much better than the "perpetrator". Just another lying, deceptive, good-for-nothing single male. Upright, this Knight is usually a kind, sensitive young man, but reversed, he is not honest. As a final outcome, we have the seven of wands, reversed. This, I believe, refers to the choice to leave Caylee in a place where she was not carefully guarded, and her remains could be so easily found. Upside right, this card would tell us that we are on private property, and can only go inside if invited, but reversed, nothing is safeguarded, and so it was with little Caylee. Looking at the two of wands, I think Casey may have had help, male help, is finding a place to hide little, Caylee, as well.

Legal Proceedings And The Sierra Lamar Case

I have been asked by several posters to follow up with Sierra Lamar's case, the person charged therein, and for update on locating her. I decided to ask what type of testimony Antolin Garcia would give, and how they could find her.

The first three cards, representing the past, give us the High Priestess reversed, the nine of wands, reversed, and the six of cups. I would almost be inclined to think that Antolin Garcia has a new attorney, and that she is a woman, except that the High Priestess is reversed. I think a female relative of Antolin's has convinced him not to cooperate. Either an  older sister, or his mom. The next card, the nine of wands, is the impatience everyone else is beginning to feel at not finding Sierra. The six of cups is a place where children play. The card looks to the past, and it is in the position of the past. I think more clues, or maybe even Sierra, may be in a park that is no longer used for play or children.

The next three cards are the Page of Swords, reversed, the Knight of Pentacles reversed, and the Knight of Swords. These are the present. The Page of Swords is someone who knows what happened but has not yet been arrested. This person is deliberately not cooperating, and has encouraged Antolin not to cooperate. The reversed Knight of Pentacles is Antolin. He isn't going to budge from his position. The Knight of Swords is the prosecuter. He is going to do whatever he can to solve this. But we are deadlocked at the moment.

The future brings us the Page of Cups, reversed, the Wheel of Fortune, and the ten of cups, reversed. From this, I would expect the actions of someone who does not know what he/she is doing to be blessed with some very good luck somewhere down the road. The Wheel of Fortune stands for chance, but as it falls upright, chance is in our favor. The ten of cups tells us of a delayed conclusion, and also points westward, (in a stagnated sort of way) and to water. The reference to family-happiness-but-not-any-more is reiterated here, too.....check places where children once played but do not anymore and places where celebrations were once held but are not anymore. Water still plays a key role.

Livia and Alessia Schepp

On January 30 of 2011, the father of Livia and Alessia Schepp, of Switzerland,  reported his twin daughters, pictured left, missing; instead of returning them to their mother. French, Italian, and Swiss police have all been involved in the search for the six year old twins. Sadly, their father died in an apparent suicide in Italy by jumping in front of a train; yet, the girls have not been found. Someone asked me to read for them.

The reading gives us the nine of wands as a beginning card. This is impatience, pure and simple. We have someone who was unwilling to to wait for something. It is crossed by the ace of cups, which is often pregnancy, children, birth, or happy family matters involving children. It looks as if the father was unwilling to endure separation from his daughters after his separation from their mother. Underneath this, giving us some foundation for the situation, we have the four of wands. This is a card of whimsical celebrations and fun. Apparently, this was the setting immediately before these girls disappeared. Into the background, we have the Emperor, which is the one card in the deck that describes the role of "father" best, and as it comes up here, I think we can assume that the father did know what happened to Livia and Alessia. The best news we are going to get about this is the ten of wands. This is a card that tells of carrying a burden, but all the way to it's end. So there is a chance that, one day, we may find out exactly where Livia and Alessia are. Something that was a serious problem for the father before his suicide was bad credit and unpaid debt, this we know because the six of pentacles appears reversed. Not all of his financial problems have been resolved, either, despite the fact that he has died. There is a suggestion that he somehow perceived this as a reason to make rash, unbalenced decisions about his children and their fates, as well. So there was a father who didn't like the custody arrangements for his children and was frustrated about money, financial resources, legal fees, and supporting his children.

On his mind at the time the girls went missing were all things connected to the three of swords, which tells of lovers quarreling and breaking up, divorce, child custody disputes, and unresolved disagreements in general. It was his feeling that he could not cope or communicate. The three of wands is the description of environment here, and it looked to everyone, especially Livia and Alessia, like they were just traveling and going from one place to another. This is interesting: sometimes, this card refers to news from across water or sending something or traveling across water, and it is a "three".....I think it refers to the three of them, father and two daughters. It also refers to possible help; the whole journey looked innocent enough, and someone inadvertantly helped him "disappear" his daughters somehow. The dark side of his nature is described by the King of Cups, reversed. This is dishonesty, lies, violence, and sometimes drunkenness. Cups are also associated with water, and as the king falls reversed, I think the girls never made it out of the water. Water had something very big to do with their fates. Sadly, I do not see them reappearing in the future. The last card is the Knight of Wands, reversed. In this case, he simply represents an event featuring discord, fights, upsets, and bad news. Also, the father's suicide. I feel very sad for the mom.

Update To Mickey Shunick Reading

There has been a very sad update to this case. A man named Brandon Scott Lavergne has been arrested for agravated kidnapping and first degree murder of Mickey Shunick. There is no word about having found Mickey, though. I do not believe she has been located as of this update. There should be more news about this tommorrow.

Baby Gabriel

Sometime between December 26 and December 30 of 2009, a baby boy named Gabriel Johnson disappeared in Phoenix, Arizona. He was last seen with his mother. His mother is suspected in the disappearance, but police still have no clues. Someone wanted the Tarot to answer some questions about this baby and what happened to him, so I will see what a reading tells me. It starts with the Queen of Wands, reversed. She is a rather jealous, ill-tempered adult female, directly involved in Gabriel's disappearance. She is crossed by the Knight of pentacles. This is a young, adult male who is not as quick tempered, and is also involved in the baby's disappearance, but is not as violent or as ill-willed as the queen, and has yet to decide what he is going to do. Beneath these two individuals, we have the three of wands, reversed. This card tells us that something that began as a promising adventure went bad, somehow. It is immediately followed by the two of wands, reversed, relating back to the reversed Queen of Wands and to the pursuit that went bad. This card indicates joint efforts...not always lasting partnerships, but things or efforts that involve two people. As it is reversed, I would say these two people are now at odds.

Crowning this, we have the three of pentacles, which is the card of the apprentice. This is an opportunity for advancement or employment that the queen or the knight wanted but did not get. The next card, representing what has happened or will happen, is Death. While Death may not be telling us about a physical death, (although I do think Gabriel will not be found alive) he is telling us that the lifestyle of everyone involved in this situation is about to change. A lot. The five of pentacles appears in the place of fears. This is a fear of Gabriel being found. In the place of environment, we have Justice. As Justice falls upright, I think someone investigating this may have honed in on a clue, as unlikely as it seems. The ace of wands falls in the place of hopes, which is the hope of finding Gabriel. The Page of Cups ends the reading. This page often brings news of a birth, and as it follows the ace of wands, it is entirely possible that another pregnancy is part of this picture.

There is a lot of fire symbolism here, and a lot of "enterprise" and "craftsman" symbolism, too. As if a baby was part of a business. Sadly, I do not see Gabriel turning up alive, but I do see justice. The Queen of Wands is the responsible party, the Knight of Pentacles was close to the situation but was not directly responsible.

I wish some of these cases would have happier endings, and I hope that Gabriel is found alive and safe, even though the "feel" I got was that he died in a moment of rage and confusion at the hands of the angry Queen of Wands.
